    • Account set up and maintenance

      If you require access to special products or pricing, please email mindhubescalations@pearson.com requesting access to the specific products/pricing you are planning to purchase.

      To make any changes or updates to your account, click your name on the top right of the page to access the "Your Account" page. From there you can:

      1. Change your name
      2. Change your email address
      3. Change your password
      4. Add/remove/edit saved payment methods
      5. View/Update your Address Book
      6. View any Store Credit available to you

      If you are having difficulty logging in, please try using the "Forgot Your Password" link found in the log in page

      For further assistance with your account, please email autodeskstorehelp@pearson.com . All email requests are responded to within 1 to 2 business days

    • How do I edit my account information?

      To edit your account information, login to the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Next, under "Personal Information" select the appropriate option to edit your account information.

    • I forgot my password.

      Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says, "Forgot your password?" Click the link and then enter the email address you use to sign in to your account. The site will automatically send you an email with your password.

      The first time you visit the site you will select a country, this will be stored as a cookie and you will default to this site until the cookie has expired. You can also change this at any point by selecting a new country from the country selector.

      The country you select drives the currency and price point that Pearson VUE and Autodesk have set on the site. At shipping country selection you will see the available countries that the voucher can be used for in the shipping drop down, at this point you can select the country if it does not appear and complete checkout again.

      Once logged in, you can proceed to add the product(s) you need to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

      After entering your billing and shipping addresses and tax information (if applicable. For more information, see Tax section below), you can then proceed to the payment section, where you will have the following options:

      1. Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
      2. Line of Credit (more information on this below)
      3. Wire transfer

      *Please note, both Line of Credit and Wire Transfer payment options require a $700 minimum purchase requirement

      Your Exam vouchers will be emailed shortly after payment is made. If you don’t receive your vouchers within 12 hours, please contact customer service at autodeskstorehelp@pearson.com

      You can view the status of your order as well as obtain a copy of your invoice via your order history. To do so, log into your account and click your name near the top right of the page to access the My Account page. If you don’t have an account, you can instead use the Order Status link found at the top of the home page.

      More information on the Line of Credit payment option

      1. The Line of Credit payment option is only visible when the following requirements are met:
      2. Your organization has an established Line of Credit with Pearson VUE
      3. You are an authorized user on the Line of Credit
      4. Your order meets the minimum value of $700 USD or equivalent
      5. Your L.O.C. is in good standing with Pearson Vue

      To request more information about a Line of Credit payment option for your organization and you are located in the USA or Canada, please submit your query to autodeskstorehelp@pearson.com

  • Tax

    • Tax

      If you are purchasing on behalf of a tax exempt organization located in the US, please send a request to have your account set as tax exempt to autodeskstorehelp@pearson.com with the following information:

      1. The email address associated with your account
      2. A copy of your organizations tax exempt form

      Your request will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.

      If you are purchasing on behalf of a tax exempt organization outside of the US, then your order can be processed as tax exempt by providing your VAT ID in the Tax ID field of the checkout page (found right before the billing section of checkout). You should see any tax removed once you proceed to the next section, before having to click the Submit Order button. If you experience any issues with this please email us at autodeskstorehelp@pearson.com

  • Voucher Code and Status

    • Voucher Code and Status

      You can view your voucher codes within 24 hours of fulfilling by going to your My Account page and reviewing your order history. Next to each order you will see a "View Voucher Codes" link. Opening this link will show the voucher numbers and their voucher status. Please note that you will need to go to the individual site at this time at which the order was placed (this may mean you have to select the countries as appropriate and login using your same credentials to get a full order history).

      The voucher status is indicative of whether the exam voucher has been used to take an exam or has expired. These are updated within 24 hours of the action occurring.

    • How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

      If you are a registered user, you can check on the order status here.

      If the order was placed as a guest, without being signed in, you can check on the order status here.

      Please note that once an order has begun processing, or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

    • I received the wrong product.

      If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

    • What is your return policy?

      Please see our Return Policy for complete details.

      You can request a return via your My Account page. Once logged in to your account, go to the My Account page by clicking your name on the top right of the page and scroll down to your order history. You can then click the "Request Return" link for the order you would like to return.

    • When will my order ship?

      Exam vouchers will be emailed immediately, after your order is processed and payment is received. Please contact customer service if you have not received your exam vouchers within 12 hours of purchase.

    • Do you ship to my country?

      Exam vouchers are fulfilled via email. To ensure we process your order properly, please select your country from this map. If your country is not listed on this page, we cannot ship to your country at this time.

  • Pricing and Billing

    • Do I have to pay sales tax?

      You will need to pay sales tax if you are located in a place where Pearson does business. Sales tax will be dynamically calculated and displayed during the checkout process. If you are a tax exempt organization please contact customer service after creating your account for us to be able to update your records in our system after verification.

    • I have a question on my charges.

      If you have a question about a charge, please review your order history first.

      If you are a registered user, you can check on the order status here.

      If the order was placed as a guest, without being signed in, you can check on the order status here.

      You can compare your order history on our website with your financial records. If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.

    • What are my payment choices?

      During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

    • I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

      Login to the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to view and print invoices.

    • When will my credit appear on my account?

      The time it takes for your credit to appear on your account may vary. However, credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we received your item(s).

    • When will my credit card be charged?

      Your credit card will be charged immediately on placing the order.

    • How do I find my product?

      To find the product(s) you are looking for, you may: (1) use the navigation menus on the left of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

    • How do I navigate the site?

      To navigate this website, simply click on a category you are be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left and bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

    • How do I use a coupon?

      After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you will see a box where you may enter and apply your coupon code to your order.
